Brad and I went to Ditto Landing one night this week and grilled out. We also watched a pretty cool sunset there!

I won tickets from the Huntsville Times to the Rodeo last night. I took some of my friends since Brad and the guys + Laura were at the Watchmen movie. I tell ya what...I will go to another Rodeo if the opportunity came along. It was crazy how these people travel all over and pay fees to get into the competition. I don't know how much money they make, but it costs 85.00 to steer wrestle, saddle bronc ride, tiedown roping, cowgirls barrel racing, bull riding, bullfighters, bareback bronc riding...and if you don't place or if you miss something and are out of the competition, you are out your 85.00 and the chance to get into any championship! How do these people make a living off of this? Something I will have to investigate further I guess.

Throughout the competition they have this clown that entertains the crowd in between the different events...sounds corny, but I was laughing my a--- off! And...the clown wasn't the movie "It" scary clown scary if you know what I mean. I had a ton of fun and the next time I go...I am going to add cowgirl boots to my collection of Country wear!

WATCHMEN

On Friday I was provided one of the greatest gifts of my life. Tony and Laura lent me one of their most prized possessions (almost as important as the Goin's big screen TV)......their WATCHMAN BOOK.

Never one to savor anything... this book was slain in one day... now I will spend a life time in reflection on the deep meanings of this work.
